The Datasensing AE1/CN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M8 standard flush mount, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensor's metal housing is nickel-plated brass, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the IP67 protection rating guarantees complete protection against dust and water ingress.
Equipped with a 2m PVC cable, the AE1/CN-1A sensors provide easy installation and flexibility. The yellow LED status indicator is visible from 360°, allowing for quick and easy status checks. With a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are versatile and efficient. They also feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The sensors are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, operating between -25°C and +70°C, and are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2. They also meet vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, respectively. The AE1/CN-1A sensors come with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting and are available in both standard and long-distance models, with ATEX models available upon request for hazardous environments.
