The Datasensing AE1/CN-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely reduced measure, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for added safety in explosive atmospheres. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Available in both standard and long-distance models, the AE1/CN-3A Sensors are equipped with a standard flush mount M8 design, ensuring easy installation. They operate with a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0
1.62mm, making them ideal for proximity functions. The sensors feature an NPN output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, and they support a switching frequency of up to 5kHz.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, these sensors are durable and reliable. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and they come with supplied accessories, including two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting.
