The Datasensing AE6/AN-1A8F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M8 short shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.21mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a 2m PUR cable connection, these sensors ensure durability and ease of installation.
The AE6/AN-1A8F sensors are equipped with an NPN output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads, ensuring reliable performance in various industrial environments.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ? 50ms, and a mechanical protection rating of IP67, making them suitable for harsh conditions.
