The Datasensing AE6/CN-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M8 short case flush mount, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for proximity detection. The sensor is equipped with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator, ensuring easy monitoring and operation. With an IP67 housing protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, suitable for harsh environments.
The AE6/CN-3A model supports a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and can handle a load current of up to 200mA. It features an NPN output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, and a high switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate response times. The sensor is equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, safeguarding against electrical damages.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, the sensor is durable and reliable. It comes with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. The AE6/CN-3A is compliant with CE and UR approvals and meets EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, it is designed to withstand shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.
