The Datasensing AK1/BP-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These M18 unshielded sensors feature both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, providing versatile connectivity options with M12 plug connections. With a nominal sensing distance of 12mm and an operating range of 0 to 9.7mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 36x36mm FE360. Engineered for durability, the sensors boast a nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring robust performance in challenging environments. They are equipped with essential protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them suitable for demanding industrial settings. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA. The AK1/BP-4H Sensors are designed to withstand extreme conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a high degree of mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2. These sensors are available in a wide range of models, including standard, long-distance, and ATEX category 3 models upon request.
