The Datasensing AK1/CP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 18x18mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an M18 standard flush mount, they ensure durability and stability in various industrial environments. These sensors offer a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, and a switching frequency of 600Hz, making them suitable for high-speed applications. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring easy monitoring. Designed with safety and protection in mind, the AK1/CP-1H sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. They are built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are also compliant with CE and UR approvals, and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. For ease of installation, the sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M18x1 nuts. With a compact design measuring M18 x 1 / L = 64mm and a weight of 55g, they are easy to integrate into existing systems. The active head material is made of PBT, and the sensors can handle a tightening torque of 25Nm.
