The Datasensing AK6/AN-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M18 short shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a NO/NPN output type and an M12 connection for easy integration.
Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors ensure longevity and resistance to harsh environments. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA. The sensors feature a high switching frequency of 2.5kHz, ensuring rapid response times.
Safety and protection are paramount, with built-in short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protections. The sensors are also equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, they operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are rated IP67 for mechanical protection against dust and water ingress.
The AK6/AN-3H Sensors are compatible with a wide range of materials, with specific correction factors for copper, aluminium, brass, and stainless steel.
