Datasensing AT1/CN-3A Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/CN-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. With a robust M30 standard flush mount design, they offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. These sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. The NPN output type with NC output function ensures efficient operation, while the yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, ensuring energy efficiency. Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. They are also compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are approved by CE and UR. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. Ideal for a wide range of applications, the Datasensing AT1/CN-3A Sensors offer reliable proximity detection with a switching frequency of 200Hz and repeat accuracy of < 5%.
