The Datasensing AT1/CN-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded NC/NPN configuration, these sensors come with a 2-meter axial cable for versatile installation. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. The sensors are equipped with a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and have a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.80).
Engineered for durability, the AT1/CN-2A sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are designed to withstand harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a mechanical protection rating of IP67. The sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head, ensuring robustness and longevity.
With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a load current capacity of up to 400mA, these sensors deliver reliable performance.
