The Datasensing AT6/AP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M30 shielded short housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing.
Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the AT6/AP-3A sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The sensors come with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a switching frequency of 200Hz. With a load current capacity of up to 400mA and a low output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA, these sensors ensure reliable performance.
The AT6/AP-3A sensors are compliant with CE and cULus approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards (IEC 60947-5-2). They are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
