The Datasensing AT6/BP-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, making them versatile for various applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. These sensors are constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are IP67 rated for mechanical protection. The M12 plug connection allows for easy integration, and the sensors are compatible with a wide range of models, including those with 2, 3, and 4 wires. Additionally, ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for specialized applications. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a load current capacity of up to 400mA, the AT6/BP-2H Sensors deliver reliable performance with minimal thermal drift and repeat accuracy. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use in demanding industrial environments.
