The Datasensing BX80A/4P-1H Sensors are high-performance area sensor receivers designed for precision and durability. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are ideal for various industrial applications. The microprocessor-based circuit allows for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring accurate detection with a nominal sensing distance of 30 to 600 mm. The robust cubic housing, made from a special metallic enclosure, provides high-duty use and protection against electrical damages, with an IP67 protection degree.
Equipped with a PNP output type and NO/NC output function, the sensors offer a fast response time of 2ms. They operate on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a no-load supply current of 50mA and a load current of up to 100mA. The sensors feature LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, and include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for enhanced reliability.
The BX80A/4P-1H Sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +50°C and storage temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. They are EMC compatible and approved by CE and cULus standards. The package includes two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket for easy installation.
