The Datasensing BX80B/1N-0H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. This area sensor receiver features a crossed beam with a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 2 meters, ensuring accurate detection with a response time of just 10ms. The sensor operates on a 12 to 24 VDC power supply and includes NPN NO/NC output functions, making it versatile for various applications.
With a controlled height of 70mm and a beam spacing of 6mm, it can detect objects as small as 5mm. The robust cubic housing, made from PBT with a metallic enclosure, provides durability and protection against electrical damages, while the IP67 rating ensures complete protection against dust and water ingress.
The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, and features sensitivity adjustment for optimal performance. It also includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation even in challenging conditions.
