The Datasensing FAL4/BN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring a complete range of M18 sensors powered by a 10...30 Vdc supply. These sensors offer both axial and radial optics with a flat surface, and utilize a visible red laser emission for accurate detection. With an IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments, available in both metallic and plastic housings. Sensitivity adjustment is made easy with the teach-in function, ensuring adaptability to various applications. The sensors provide total protection against electric damages and are CE and cULus approved. Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 300mm, a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr, and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The function principle is based on diffuse reflection, suitable for medium distances up to 600mm.
