The Datasensing FALN/BP-3EAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a 90° laser retroreflective polarized function, these sensors offer an adjustable nominal sensing distance of up to 20 meters. They are equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type and a robust metal M12 connector, ensuring seamless integration into various industrial applications. The sensors are engineered to withstand challenging environments, with an IP67 rating for mechanical protection and approvals for use in hazardous areas (II 3G Ex nA IIC T6, II 3D Ex tD A22).
With a high switching frequency of 800Hz and a rapid response time of 625µs, these sensors deliver exceptional performance. They feature a sensitivity adjustment trimmer and maintain a repeat accuracy of 5%, with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr. The sensors are protected against short circuits, overvoltage, and reverse polarity, ensuring durability and longevity.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a glass/PC active head, the sensors are designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -15°C to +55°C and are compatible with various reflectors, offering different sensing distances. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, for easy installation.
