The Datasensing FARL/BN-0A Sensors offer a comprehensive range of M18 sensors designed for optimal performance with a 10...30 Vdc power supply. These sensors feature both axial and radial optics with a flat surface, making them ideal for detecting transparent objects using retro-reflective models with red emission. With an IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments, available in both metallic and plastic housings. Each model includes sensitivity adjustment for precise detection, ensuring total protection against any type of electric damages. The sensors are CE and cULus listed, guaranteeing compliance with international standards. Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 1.5m, a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors are equipped with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment and have a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 0.1m. They operate on the principle of transparent object detection, with an axial optic position and an NPN NO+NC output type. The switching frequency is 250Hz, with a response time of 2ms, and they operate within a voltage range of 10…30VDC.
