The Datasensing FC4/A-00 Sensors are advanced photoelectric fork sensors designed for precise belt tracking control. Featuring four beams, these sensors operate within a voltage range of 10-30Vdc and include a 2-meter alarm output cable for enhanced monitoring capabilities. With a beam angle of ± 15° and a sensibility that can detect a single sheet of 80g/m² white paper, these sensors ensure high accuracy and reliability. The optics have a diameter of 3mm, and the output type includes two complementary PNP outputs, providing flexibility in various applications.
The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 100 Hz with a 1/1 dark-light ratio and a rapid sampling period of 4ms, ensuring quick and efficient performance. The response times for outputs ONO and ONC are 4.7ms, while the contact output A has a response time of 8ms when open and 500ms when closed. Designed to handle a no-load supply current of ? 70mA and a load current of ? 300mA, these sensors are energy-efficient and reliable.
