The Datasensing FC6I/0B-0810-1F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring a slot detection width of 80mm and a depth of 95mm, these sensors offer simple and accurate manual adjustments via -/+ buttons. They utilize infrared emission with a LASER emission class 1, housed in a durable metal casing. The sensors provide light/dark switching, selectable by button, and can detect minimum object sizes of 0.2mm (FC6I) and 0.05mm (FC6L). Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -20 to +60 °C, they are equipped with M8 connectors (4 pins) supporting PNP/NPN, LO/DO configurations. With a high switching frequency of 10 kHz and a rapid response time of 50 µs, these sensors ensure quick and accurate detection. They operate on a voltage range of 12 to 24VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors feature LED indicators for status output and adjustment, and are protected against short-circuits and reverse polarity. They are designed to withstand external light interference up to 5000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. Constructed with a painted aluminium housing and polyamide/glass active head material, these sensors are CE and UL approved, EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards, and offer IP65 mechanical protection.
