Datasensing FGRW/0P-0A Sensors

The Datasensing FGRW/0P-0A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a cubic design with background suppression, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 600mm and a minimum sensing distance of 110mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensitivity can be finely adjusted using a potentiometer with a two-turn position indicator, ensuring optimal performance in diverse environments. Equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type, these sensors provide flexibility in output function, with a switching frequency of 160Hz and a rapid response time of 3.125ms. The robust design includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors are housed in a compact ABS casing with dimensions of 20x44.9x60mm and are rated IP67 for mechanical protection, making them suitable for harsh conditions. The LED indicators provide clear status updates, with a green light for power ON and a yellow light for output status. Operating efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, these sensors have a low no-load supply current of ? 35mA and a load current of ?100mA. With a maximum ripple content of 5Vpp and an output voltage drop of ?1.8V at a load of 100mA, these sensors are designed to minimize interference from external light sources, withstanding up to 10,000 Lux of sunlight and 3,000 min HF lamp interference. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with a mounting bracket STFG 00 for added convenience. Certified with CE and UR approvals, and compliant with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, these sensors are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
