The Datasensing FQI8/BP-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection tasks. Featuring an M18 axial diffuse design, these sensors offer an adjustable nominal sensing distance of up to 1.2 meters, with a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be finely tuned using a trimmer, making it ideal for applications requiring diffuse reflection over long distances (>600mm).
Equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type, the sensors provide reliable switching with a frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, consuming a no-load supply current of ?30mA and supporting a load current of up to 50mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?2V when the load current is 50mA, and the sensors are protected against short circuits, overvoltage, and reverse polarity.
Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PC active head, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output and are compatible with M12 plug connections.
Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, the Datasensing FQI8/BP-1E Sensors are CE approved and meet EMC compatibility standards (EN 60947-5-2), ensuring reliable performance in various industrial applications.
