The Datasensing MS0/00-1H Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 50mm and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, these sensors ensure consistent performance. They feature a repeat accuracy of 5% and operate on the principle of background suppression, making them ideal for detecting white targets like Kodak 90% 100 x 100mm. The sensors have an axial optic position and offer a selectable output type of Decout NPN/PNP with NO/NC options. They boast a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, powered by an operating voltage range of 10…30VDC. The sensors are energy-efficient with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA, while maintaining a low leakage current of ?10?A. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?1.2V@Iload=100mA, and they can handle a max ripple content of ?10%. Equipped with yellow LED indicators for status output, these sensors are ready for use with a time delay before availability of ?200ms. They offer robust protection features, including short-circuit protection with autoreset, overvoltage protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors emit LED infrared light at 880nm and can withstand interference from external light up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight). Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and PC plug, they are designed for tough environments with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. The active head is made of PMMA, and the sensors come with M12 plug connections. They are approved by CE cURus and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. The sensors are resilient to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, they have dimensions of M18 x 1 /L =93mm and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing.
