The Datasensing MS6/00-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications. The robust construction includes a nickel-plated brass housing and PMMA active head material, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, these sensors offer versatility for various industrial needs.
The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. Right angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance provide additional options for specific applications. All through-beam models come equipped with a check function for added reliability.
The MS6/00-1E Sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damage, including short-circuit protection with auto-reset and overvoltage protection. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors feature a selectable output type (Decout NPN/PNP) and output function (NO/NC), with a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms.
Additional features include LED indicators for status output, impulsive overvoltage protection, and high resistance to external light interference (3000lux incandescent lamp, 10000lux sunlight). The sensors are CE cURus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards (EN 60947-5-2). They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations (Vibration IEC 60068-2-6 / Shock IEC 60068-2-27) and offer a high degree of protection (IP67).
Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, the sensors are easy to install and maintain. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C (without freeze), they are suitable for a variety of industrial environments. The compact dimensions (M18 x 1 /L =78.9mm) and lightweight design (100g) make them an excellent choice for applications requiring precision and reliability.
