The Datasensing MSN/00-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a polarized function principle with a nominal sensing distance of 3.5 meters, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The robust construction includes a nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, providing durability and resistance to harsh conditions.
With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, these sensors offer versatility for different sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced performance. Right angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance further expand the application possibilities.
The sensors are equipped with a Decout NPN/PNP selectable output type and NO/NC selectable output function, allowing for flexible integration into existing systems. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The short-circuit protection with autoreset and overvoltage protection ensures reliable operation and longevity.
Additional features include a switching frequency of 80Hz, a response time of 6.25ms, and LED indicators for status output. The sensors are designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. They are also equipped with impulsive overvoltage protection and meet EMC compatibility standards (EN 60947-5-2).
The compact dimensions (M18 x 1 /L =93mm) and lightweight design (100g) make installation easy, with an M12 plug connection for secure attachment. The sensors are supplied with nuts M18 x 1 and a screwdriver for convenience.
