The Datasensing MSN/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a polarized function principle, ensuring accurate detection with a nominal sensing distance of 3.5 meters. The MSN/00-0E models offer a wide range of detection capabilities, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, making them versatile for different environments.
With a high sensing range, the through-beam models are ideal for long-distance applications, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced visibility. The right-angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance provide additional flexibility for specific needs. All through-beam models come with a check function for added reliability.
Engineered for durability, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damage, including short-circuit protection with auto-reset and overvoltage protection. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output and have a fast response time of 6.25ms, ensuring quick and accurate performance.
Constructed with robust materials, the MSN/00-0E sensors have a housing made of PBT/PC plug and an active head material of PMMA, providing a high degree of protection (IP67) against harsh environmental conditions. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC standards, and are approved by CE and cURus for quality assurance.
The sensors come with supplied accessories, including M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, for easy installation. With a compact design (M18 x 1 /L =93mm) and a lightweight build (30g), these sensors are easy to integrate into existing systems.
