The Datasensing MSP/00-0A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a polarized function principle, ensuring accurate detection with a nominal sensing distance of 3.5 meters. The robust design includes a 2-meter axial plastic cable, providing flexibility in installation.
With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, these sensors cater to diverse needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced performance. Right angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance further expand the versatility of this product line.
The MSP/00-0A Sensors are equipped with a check function for all through-beam models, ensuring complete protection against electrical damage. They offer a repeat accuracy of 5% and operate with a switching frequency of 80Hz, providing quick response times of 6.25ms. The sensors support a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, these sensors feature a durable PBT/PC housing with an IP67 degree of protection, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. They are also equipped with short-circuit and overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation. The sensors are CE cURus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2.
Additional features include LED indicators for status output, impulsive overvoltage protection, and resistance to external light interference up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight). The sensors are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation and have a mechanical protection rating of IP67, ensuring durability in demanding conditions. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are built to perform reliably in a variety of environments.
