The Datasensing PFK1/BN-3H Sensors are designed for high-performance proximity detection with a robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. Equipped with a yellow LED status indicator, these sensors offer reliable operation with IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, with a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360. They are engineered to handle various materials with specific correction factors, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. With a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors provide precise and consistent performance. The M18 standard flush mount design supports both NPN output types with NO and NC functions, and a switching frequency of 1.5kHz. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they maintain a low no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 200mA.
