The Datasensing PFM1/AN-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M12 standard flush mount with a robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing. These inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for proximity detection. Equipped with a yellow LED status indicator, they provide clear output state visibility. The sensors are engineered to withstand harsh environments, boasting IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, and are available in ATEX models for category 3 upon request.
With a switching frequency of 2kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors ensure reliable performance. They feature complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
Designed for ease of installation, the sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M12x1 nuts. They are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes. The sensors are CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSEY approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
