Datasensing PFM1/AN-3H Sensors

The Datasensing PFM1/AN-3H Sensors are designed with a robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. Equipped with a yellow LED status indicator, these sensors offer reliable performance with IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm, with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360. They are engineered to handle various materials with specific correction factors, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The PFM1/AN-3H Sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They operate with a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, a no-load supply current of ? 15mA, and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed for proximity functions with an NPN output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of 2kHz. These sensors are shielded for mounting, with dimensions of M12 x 1 and a length of 64.6mm, and they weigh 30g. The active head is made of PPS material, and the sensors can withstand operating temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure up to 100°C during cleaning processes. They are CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSEY approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. The sensors come with two M12x1 nuts for easy installation and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility, as well as vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
