The Datasensing PFM1/AP-3H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M12 shielded inductive sensor with a NO/PNP connection. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel, these sensors offer exceptional protection with IP67, IP68, and IP69K ratings, making them suitable for harsh environments. The LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback, while the sensor's design ensures complete protection against electrical damages. Available in standard and long-distance models, these sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. They are compatible with standard targets of 12x12mm FE360 and have a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. With a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors maintain high performance. They feature a switching frequency of 2kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation. The M12 plug connection and PPS active head material enhance durability, while the sensors' compact dimensions and lightweight design facilitate easy installation.
