The Datasensing QMIC/0N-0F Sensors are advanced cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 7 meters and a 2 kHz switching frequency, these sensors offer exceptional accuracy and reliability. They feature background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring precise detection even in challenging environments. The sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression, catering to diverse application needs. Equipped with selectable LO/DO output states and completely filled with resin (except for background suppression models), these sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages. They are designed with a radial 90° optic position and offer a repeat accuracy of 5%, making them ideal for precision tasks. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?45mA and a load current of ?100mA. Built to withstand harsh conditions, the QMIC/0N-0F Sensors feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and are resistant to external light interference up to 3000 lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000 lux (sunlight). The housing is made of durable PA66 material, with an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. With dimensions of 40.6x21x13mm and a weight of just 10g, these sensors are compact yet robust. They are approved by CE cULus and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2.
