The Datasensing QMIC/0P-0F Sensors are high-performance, miniature cubic photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 7 meters, these sensors are equipped with a retroreflective function principle and a radial 90° optic position, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. The sensors feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and a response time of just 250µs, ensuring quick and accurate detection.
Built with durability in mind, the sensors are completely filled with resin (except for background suppression models) and offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. They are designed to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 degree of protection and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
The sensors come with selectable LO/DO output states and are equipped with LED indicators for status output and stability. They are compatible with M8 plug 4pin connections and have a compact design with dimensions of 40.6x21x13mm, weighing only 10g. The housing is made from robust PA66 material, and the active head is crafted from PMMA, ensuring long-lasting performance.
These sensors are approved by CE and cULus and meet EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, making them a reliable choice for industrial applications requiring precise and efficient sensing solutions.
