The Datasensing QMIC/0P-0A Sensors are advanced cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 7 meters and a 2 kHz switching frequency, these sensors offer exceptional precision and reliability. They feature background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression, catering to diverse application needs. Equipped with selectable LO/DO output states and completely filled with resin (except for background suppression models), these sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages. The sensors are designed with a radial 90° optic position and a PNP L/D selectable output type, offering flexibility in various setups. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?45mA and a load current of ?100mA. The QMIC/0P-0A Sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, featuring short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and EMC compatibility with EN 60947-5-2 standards. They are housed in durable PA66 material with an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring resistance to shocks, vibrations, and environmental factors. The sensors are compact, measuring 31.2x21x13mm, and lightweight at 52g, making them easy to integrate into various systems. With LED indicators for status output and stability, these sensors provide clear visual feedback for efficient monitoring and operation.
