The Datasensing QMIG/0N-0F Sensors are advanced miniature cubic photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance detection of transparent objects. With a nominal sensing distance of 1 meter and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, these sensors offer precise and reliable operation. The sensors feature a polarized adjustment and an infrared LED emission at 850nm, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. Equipped with a 2 kHz switching frequency and a response time of just 250µs, the QMIG/0N-0F sensors provide rapid and efficient performance. The sensors are designed with a radial 90° optic position and offer selectable LO/DO output states, making them versatile for various applications. Built with robust PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, these sensors are completely filled with resin (except for background suppression models) to provide complete protection against electrical damages. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring durability and reliability in industrial settings. The sensors are compatible with M8 plug 4-pin connections and have a compact design with dimensions of 40.6x21x13mm, weighing only 10g.
