Datasensing QMIG/0P-0F Sensors

The Datasensing QMIG/0P-0F Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection of transparent objects. With a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a long sensing distance of up to 1 meter and feature a 2 kHz switching frequency for rapid response. They are equipped with background suppression and mechanical adjustment capabilities, ensuring reliable performance in various applications. The sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection, polarized, reflective, through-beam, and background suppression options. These sensors come with a PNP L/D selectable output type and are designed with a radial 90° optic position. They are fully protected against electrical damages, featuring short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC and have a no-load supply current of ? 30mA. Constructed with durable PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, the sensors are lightweight at just 10g and have a compact size of 40.6x21x13mm. They are designed to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 degree of protection and are approved by CE and cULus standards. The sensors are also EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
