Datasensing QMRB/0N-0F Sensors

The Datasensing QMRB/0N-0F Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a long sensing distance of up to 100mm, making them ideal for various applications. They feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. These sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection with short, medium, and long sensing distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression. They come with either a cable and M8 plug exit or an M8-M12 pig-tail, providing flexibility in installation. The output state is selectable between LO/DO, and the sensors are completely filled with resin (except for background suppression models) to protect against electrical damages. Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle for short distances (?200mm). They are equipped with LED indicators for status output and stability, and offer complete protection features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are housed in durable PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, ensuring robustness and longevity. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C, without freezing. With a degree of protection rated at IP67, these sensors are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments.
