Datasensing QMRB/0P-0F Sensors

The Datasensing QMRB/0P-0F Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection tasks. With a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a long sensing distance of up to 100mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. They feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments. These sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection for short, medium, and long distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression. They come with either a cable and M8 plug exit or an M8-M12 pig-tail, providing flexibility in installation. The QMRB/0P-0F Sensors are equipped with selectable LO/DO output states and are completely filled with resin, except for background suppression models, offering complete protection against electrical damages. They have a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. Sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle for short distances up to 200mm. These sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. They are housed in durable PA66 material with an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring resistance to shocks, vibrations, and environmental factors. The sensors are CE cULus approved and EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards, making them a reliable choice for industrial automation and control systems.
