The Datasensing QMRB/0P-0A Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a long sensing distance of up to 100mm, making them ideal for various applications. They feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and mechanical adjustment for background suppression, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection for short, medium, and long distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression options.
Equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output state, these sensors provide flexibility in operation. They are completely filled with resin, except for background suppression models, offering complete protection against electrical damages. The sensors are designed with a radial 90° optic position and feature a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA.
The QMRB/0P-0A Sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. They are housed in durable PA66 material with an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring resistance to shocks, vibrations, and environmental factors. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity.
