The Datasensing QMRG/0P-0AVE80 Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection of transparent objects. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the minimum sensing distance is 0.05 meters, making it ideal for applications requiring high precision.
Equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type, the sensor operates efficiently with a switching frequency of 2kHz and a response time of just 250µs. It supports an operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensor is designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight, ensuring reliable performance in various lighting conditions.
The robust housing made of PA66 and an active head material of PMMA provide excellent durability, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating.
