The Datasensing QMRG/0P-0FLP Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection of transparent objects. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a polarized adjustment with a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 meters and a minimum sensing distance of 0.05 meters. The sensors are equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type and a radial 90° optic position, ensuring reliable performance in various applications. With a high switching frequency of 2kHz and a rapid response time of 250µs, these sensors are ideal for fast-paced environments.
The QMRG/0P-0FLP Sensors are built to withstand challenging conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a mechanical protection rating of IP67. They feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors are housed in PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, and they connect via an M8 plug with 4 pins.
Additional features include a sensitivity adjustment trimmer, LED indicators for status output, and compatibility with RL110 reflectors. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to EN 60947-5-2 standards. With a compact dimension of 40.6x21x13mm, these sensors are easy to integrate into existing systems, providing reliable and efficient performance for your sensing needs.
