The Datasensing QMRL/0P-0F Sensors are advanced cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. These sensors offer a long sensing distance and a 2 kHz switching frequency, making them ideal for various industrial environments. They feature background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring precise detection even in challenging conditions. The product line includes a wide range of models, such as diffuse reflection with short, medium, and long sensing distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression options.
These sensors are available with either a cable and M8 plug exit or an M8-M12 pig-tail, providing flexibility in installation. The selectable LO/DO output state allows for customization based on specific application needs. Except for the background suppression models, the sensors are completely filled with resin, offering complete protection against electrical damages.
Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 4 meters, a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer, and the minimum sensing distance (blind zone) is 0.4 meters.
