Datasensing QXP/A0-2F Sensors

The Datasensing QXP/A0-2F Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring axial and right angle optics, these sensors are equipped with two LEDs for threshold and signal margin indication. They utilize visible red light in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models, ensuring long-distance capability and a precision beam. With a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and NPN-PNP selectable output, these sensors offer high output current exceeding 300 mA. The sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 3 meters and repeat accuracy of ? 5%, with sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer. The polarized function principle and radial 90° optic position enhance their versatility. They support a switching frequency of 750Hz and a response time of 666µs, operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC. The no-load supply current is ? 20mA, while the load current is ?300mA, with a leakage current of ? 100?A at 30Vdc and an output voltage drop of ?1.2V at Iload=100mA. Designed for durability, the sensors feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, withstanding interference from external light up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux. The compact cubic design measures 15x23x40 mm and weighs 70g, with a robust ABS housing and acrylic active head material. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, they are CE approved and EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards. The sensors come with ST70 mounting brackets and screws, offering IP65 mechanical protection against shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
