Datasensing QXP/A0-1E Sensors

The Datasensing QXP/A0-1E Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring both axial and right angle optics, these sensors are equipped with two LEDs for threshold and signal margin indication. They utilize visible red light in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models, ensuring long-distance capability and a precision beam. With a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and a selectable NPN-PNP output, these sensors offer high output current exceeding 300 mA. The QXP/A0-1E Sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 3 meters and repeat accuracy of ? 5%, with sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer. The polarized function principle and axial optic position enhance their performance. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ?300mA. The sensors are protected against short-circuits and reverse polarity, with a leakage current of ? 100?A at 30Vdc and an output voltage drop of ?1.2V at Iload=100mA. Designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux, these sensors are housed in a durable ABS material with an IP65 degree of protection. They are compact, measuring 15x23x40 mm, and lightweight at 70g. The sensors come with ST70 mounting brackets and screws for easy installation. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, the QXP/A0-1E Sensors are CE approved and EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards, ensuring they meet rigorous industrial requirements.
