Datasensing QXR/A0-1E Sensors

The Datasensing QXR/A0-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring axial and right-angle optics, these sensors are equipped with two LEDs for threshold and signal margin indication. They utilize visible red light in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models, ensuring long-distance capability and a precision beam. With a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and NPN-PNP selectable output, these sensors deliver high output current exceeding 300 mA. The QXR/A0-1E model boasts a nominal sensing distance of 8 meters and repeat accuracy of ? 5%. Sensitivity can be adjusted via a trimmer, and the sensor operates on a receiver function principle with an axial optic position. It offers a switching frequency of 500Hz and a response time of 1ms, powered by an operating voltage of 10…30VDC. The sensor's no-load supply current is ? 5mA, with a load current of ?300mA and a leakage current of ? 100?A @ 30Vdc. The output voltage drop is ?1.2V@Iload=100mA, with a maximum ripple content of ?10%. LED indicators provide clear output status (red) and stability (green), with a time delay before availability of ?200ms. The sensor includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and is resistant to interference from external light up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux. Constructed with a cubic design, the sensor measures 15x23x77 mm and weighs 70g. It features an M12 plug connection, with an active head made of acrylic and a housing material of ABS. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and is CE approved with EMC compatibility to EN 60947-5-2 standards. It withstands shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-28, and offers mechanical protection with an IP65 degree of protection.
