The Datasensing QXR/C0-2A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a 90° radial optic position, these sensors are equipped with axial and right-angle optics, providing flexibility in installation. The sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 8 meters and a repeat accuracy of ? 5%, ensuring consistent performance.
With a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and a switching frequency of 500Hz, the QXR/C0-2A Sensors are ideal for high-speed operations. The NPN-PNP selectable output allows for versatile integration into different systems, while the high output current capability of over 300 mA ensures robust performance.
The sensors are equipped with two LED indicators: a red LED for output status and a green LED for stability, providing clear visual feedback. The visible red light in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models enhances detection accuracy over long distances.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the sensors feature a durable ABS housing with an IP65 degree of protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. The sensors are also equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, enhancing their durability and reliability.
Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, the sensors have a low no-load supply current of ? 5mA and a leakage current of ? 100?A at 30VDC. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?1.2V@Iload=100mA, ensuring efficient power usage.
The QXR/C0-2A Sensors come with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy connectivity and are supplied with ST70 mounting brackets and screws for convenient installation.
