Datasensing QXR/C0-2F Sensors

The Datasensing QXR/C0-2F Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability. Featuring axial and right angle optics, these sensors are equipped with two LEDs for threshold and signal margin indication. They utilize visible red light in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models, ensuring long-distance capability and a precision beam. With a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and NPN-PNP selectable output, these sensors deliver high output current exceeding 300 mA. The QXR/C0-2F sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 8 meters and repeat accuracy of ? 5%. Sensitivity can be adjusted via a trimmer, and the optic position is radial at 90°. The output type is NPN/PNP selectable with a normally closed (NC) function, and they operate at a switching frequency of 500Hz with a response time of 1ms. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 5mA and a load current of ?300mA, with a leakage current of ? 100?A at 30Vdc. Designed for durability, the sensors feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and can withstand interference from external light sources up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux. The compact cubic design measures 15x23x87mm and weighs 70g, with a housing made of ABS and an active head of acrylic. They are rated for an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and offer mechanical protection with an IP65 rating. The sensors come with ST70 mounting brackets and screws for easy installation, and are CE approved with EMC compatibility per EN 60947-5-2 standards.
