Datasensing RXL/0T-3B Sensors

The Datasensing RXL/0T-3B Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications with versatile installation options. These sensors offer a range of models including diffuse reflection, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam, and background suppression, ensuring adaptability to various detection needs. With a nominal sensing distance of 1 meter and a minimum sensing distance of 0.25 meters, they provide precise detection capabilities. Equipped with a relay output or multifunctional DECOUT®, these sensors feature a timer function with delay on, delay off, and one-shot options, along with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment. The switch reduces emission for fine detection in through-beam types, enhancing accuracy. The LED alignment indicator offers 360° visibility, supported by two LED indicators for stable signal and output status. The RXL/0T-3B Sensors are housed in a compact cubic design with dimensions of 26x86.6x61 mm and weigh just 90g. They are constructed with durable PC housing and PMMA active head material, ensuring robust performance in various environments. The sensors operate within a wide voltage range of 20...60VDC / 20...253VAC/50-60Hz and can handle a load current of 3A-250Vac/3A-30Vdc (750VA/90W). Designed to withstand harsh conditions, these sensors offer IP65 mechanical protection and are approved with CE and EMC compatibility (EN 60947-5-2). They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors come with an M12 standard plug cable exit and include supplied accessories such as the ST81 mounting bracket and screws for easy installation.
