The Datasensing SS7/0P-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications up to 600mm. The sensors come equipped with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, allowing for fine-tuning to suit specific needs. With a PNP L/D selectable output, users can easily switch between light and dark operation modes.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the SS7/0P-0E Sensors boast an IP67 protection degree, ensuring complete protection against dust and water ingress. The robust housing is made from durable PBT and PC materials, with an active head crafted from PMMA, providing excellent resistance to mechanical stress. The sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
The sensors feature a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and are equipped with comprehensive electrical protections, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, these sensors deliver fast and accurate performance.
The SS7/0P-0E Sensors are CE and cULus listed, ensuring compliance with international safety standards. They are also compatible with ATEX category 3 models, available upon request, for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver for easy installation.
