The Leuze DDLS 200/200.1-10-H-M12 is an optical data transmission device enabling contact-free, bidirectional infrared data transfer up to 2 Mbit/s over distances of 0.2 to 200 m, suitable for RS interfaces and fieldbuses like PROFIBUS DP, RS 485, with an integrated repeater function. It features an M12 connector, aluminum die-cast housing (IP65 rated), supply voltage of 1830 V DC, current consumption up to 800 mA with heating (operable from -30°C to +50°C), and beam spread of ±0.5°; includes LED bar graph for signal level, membrane buttons for mode switching (AUTO/MAN/ADJ), and warning output for low reception. Typical applications include wireless data transmission on gantry cranes, transfer cars, and conveyor systems, with mounting via pre-mounted plates and laser alignment aid; complies with EN 61000-6-2/4 and c UL US approvals.
