The Dynapar G0541437 (AD36/0012AF.0RSCA) is a shafted incremental optical rotary encoder from the AD36 series, delivering resolutions up to 2540 pulses per revolution (PPR) with quadrature phasing at 90° ±22.5° electrical and optional index gating. It features a 1.5-inch (38.1 mm) OD housing, stainless steel shaft (10 mm, 1/4", or 3/8" options), dual-row bearing design for reliability, and output options including 7272 or 4469 differential line drivers with frequency response to 100 kHz minimum. Mechanical specs support shaft speeds to 10,000 RPM (?1024 PPR), radial/axial loading to 80 lbs., NEMA 12/IP54 enclosure (upgradable to NEMA 4/IP66 with seal), and operation from 0 to +70°C standard (extended to +85°C), ideal for factory automation, motor feedback, and precision speed/position measurement in harsh environments.
