The Dynapar G0523407 (RI58-O/500AK.42RK) is a heavy-duty incremental optical rotary encoder from the Hengstler RI58-O series, delivering 500 pulses per revolution with high signal accuracy and square wave output. It features a 10 mm solid stainless steel shaft, robust shock resistance of 1000 m/s² (6 ms), and vibration tolerance up to 100 m/s² (10-2000 Hz), with protection up to IP67 and operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C. Compatible with RS422 output circuits, M23 or M12 connectors, and various flange options including square 63.5 x 63.5 mm, it suits demanding applications such as machine tools, CNC axes, motors/drives, packaging, injection molding, and sawing machines.
